If there is an error with your order or the merchandise has a defect please contact us at TSW@THESOFWAY.COM within 14 days of receiving the order and prior to shipping items back to THESOFWAY.COM. Returns/exchanges received without prior notification will not be processed nor shipped back to sender.
We will gladly refund or exchange all unwashed and unworn merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of your order delivery date when accompanied by original order confirmation for the item price excluding shipping.
